Encore is a self-contained customer service and finance entry program. It runs on several SQL databases located on a local server. This has been designed for speed as well as giving all the required information to provide full support for the customers. It has a cheque entry, invoicing, crediting and inventory system.
This program was designed for the sales person who takes samples of stock out to clients. They can leave their product with the different clients and track what they have given them. They can also track the last contact they had and keep detailed accounts of each meeting in the notes area. This will also link into Outlooks calendar system.
